1. Introduzione
I presenti Termini di Servizio ("Termini") regolano l'accesso e l'utilizzo della piattaforma LiveMatchCam (di seguito "Servizio", "Piattaforma"), comprensiva dell'applicazione mobile, della web application e dei servizi correlati, fornita e gestita da LiveMatchCam con sede in Corso Bergamo 27/E, 23900 Lecco (LC), Italia (di seguito "Titolare").
Accedendo o utilizzando il Servizio, l'utente accetta integralmente i presenti Termini. Se non si accettano i Termini, si prega di non utilizzare il Servizio.
2. Descrizione del Servizio
LiveMatchCam è una piattaforma professionale di gestione dello streaming live per eventi sportivi. Il Servizio consente di:
- Gestire fino a 10 flussi di streaming simultanei tramite protocollo RTMP verso piattaforme terze (es. YouTube);
- Configurare e gestire squadre con loghi e colori personalizzati;
- Creare e gestire overlay grafici in tempo reale (tabelloni segnapunti, banner, loghi);
- Pianificare e organizzare partite ed eventi sportivi;
- Gestire l'accesso degli utenti con permessi differenziati per ogni canale di streaming;
- Utilizzare la funzione replay durante le dirette;
- Accedere al pannello di controllo web per la configurazione centralizzata.
3. Registrazione e Account
3.1 Creazione dell'account
Per utilizzare il Servizio è necessario disporre di un account. L'accesso avviene mediante indirizzo email amministratore e chiave account univoca. L'utente si impegna a fornire informazioni veritiere e aggiornate.
3.2 Sicurezza dell'account
L'utente è responsabile della custodia delle proprie credenziali di accesso (email e chiave account) e di tutte le attività svolte tramite il proprio account. In caso di accesso non autorizzato, l'utente è tenuto a notificare immediatamente il Titolare all'indirizzo info@livematchcam.it.
3.3 Gestione degli utenti
L'amministratore dell'account è responsabile della gestione degli utenti associati al proprio account e dei relativi permessi di accesso ai canali di streaming.
4. Condizioni di Utilizzo
4.1 Uso consentito
Il Servizio è destinato esclusivamente alla gestione e trasmissione di eventi sportivi in live streaming. L'utente si impegna a:
- Utilizzare il Servizio in conformità alle leggi applicabili e ai presenti Termini;
- Non trasmettere contenuti illegali, diffamatori, osceni o che violino diritti di terzi;
- Non utilizzare il Servizio per scopi diversi dallo streaming sportivo senza preventiva autorizzazione;
- Rispettare i termini di servizio delle piattaforme terze utilizzate per lo streaming (es. YouTube).
4.2 Contenuti dell'utente
L'utente è l'unico responsabile dei contenuti trasmessi attraverso il Servizio, inclusi video, loghi, grafiche, banner e qualsiasi altro materiale. L'utente garantisce di possedere tutti i diritti necessari per la trasmissione di tali contenuti.
4.3 Utilizzo vietato
È espressamente vietato:
- Tentare di accedere in modo non autorizzato ai sistemi del Servizio;
- Utilizzare il Servizio per distribuire malware o contenuti dannosi;
- Effettuare operazioni di reverse engineering, decompilazione o disassemblaggio del software;
- Rivendere, sublicenziare o ridistribuire il Servizio o parte di esso senza autorizzazione;
- Sovraccaricare intenzionalmente l'infrastruttura del Servizio;
- Trasmettere eventi per i quali non si detengono i diritti di trasmissione.
5. Proprietà Intellettuale
Il Servizio, inclusi software, interfacce grafiche, design, codice sorgente e documentazione, è di proprietà esclusiva del Titolare ed è protetto dalle leggi sul diritto d'autore e sulla proprietà intellettuale. Tutti i diritti sono riservati.
L'utente mantiene la proprietà dei contenuti caricati e trasmessi attraverso il Servizio. Caricando contenuti, l'utente concede al Titolare una licenza limitata, non esclusiva e revocabile, al solo fine di erogare il Servizio.
6. Piattaforme e Servizi di Terze Parti
Il Servizio si integra con piattaforme di terze parti, tra cui:
- YouTube / Google: per lo streaming RTMP;
- Firebase (Google): per l'archiviazione dei dati, l'autenticazione e l'hosting.
L'utilizzo di tali servizi è soggetto ai rispettivi termini di servizio e informative sulla privacy. Il Titolare non è responsabile per eventuali disservizi, modifiche o interruzioni dei servizi di terze parti.
7. Limitazione di Responsabilità
Il Servizio è fornito "così com'è" e "come disponibile", senza garanzie di alcun tipo, esplicite o implicite.
Il Titolare non garantisce:
- La continuità o disponibilità ininterrotta del Servizio;
- L'assenza di errori, bug o vulnerabilità;
- La qualità dello streaming, che dipende da fattori esterni (connessione internet, dispositivo, piattaforma di destinazione);
- La compatibilità con tutti i dispositivi.
In nessun caso il Titolare sarà responsabile per danni diretti, indiretti, incidentali, speciali o consequenziali derivanti dall'uso o dall'impossibilità di uso del Servizio, inclusa la perdita di dati o di ricavi.
8. Privacy e Protezione dei Dati
Il trattamento dei dati personali è disciplinato dalla nostra Informativa sulla Privacy, che costituisce parte integrante dei presenti Termini. Il Titolare tratta i dati in conformità al Regolamento (UE) 2016/679 (GDPR).
I dati raccolti includono: indirizzo email, informazioni sull'account, configurazioni di streaming, dati relativi alle partite e ai team. I dati sono archiviati su infrastruttura Firebase (Google) con server localizzati nell'Unione Europea.
9. Sospensione e Risoluzione
Il Titolare si riserva il diritto di sospendere o terminare l'accesso al Servizio, in tutto o in parte, qualora l'utente:
- Violi i presenti Termini;
- Utilizzi il Servizio in modo fraudolento o abusivo;
- Trasmetta contenuti illeciti o non autorizzati;
- Non rispetti gli obblighi di pagamento, ove applicabili.
L'utente può cessare l'utilizzo del Servizio in qualsiasi momento contattando il Titolare per la cancellazione del proprio account.
10. Modifiche ai Termini
Il Titolare si riserva il diritto di modificare i presenti Termini in qualsiasi momento. Le modifiche saranno comunicate tramite pubblicazione sulla Piattaforma e/o notifica via email. L'uso continuato del Servizio dopo la pubblicazione delle modifiche costituisce accettazione dei nuovi Termini.
11. Legge Applicabile e Foro Competente
I presenti Termini sono regolati dalla legge italiana. Per qualsiasi controversia derivante dai presenti Termini o dall'utilizzo del Servizio, il foro competente esclusivo è quello di Lecco, salvo diversa disposizione inderogabile di legge.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of the Service
LiveMatchCam is a professional live streaming management platform for sports events. The Service allows you to:
- Manage up to 10 simultaneous streaming channels via RTMP protocol to third-party platforms (e.g., YouTube);
- Configure and manage teams with custom logos and colors;
- Create and manage real-time graphic overlays (scoreboards, banners, logos);
- Schedule and organize matches and sporting events;
- Manage user access with differentiated permissions for each streaming channel;
- Use the replay feature during live broadcasts;
- Access the web dashboard for centralized configuration.
3. Registration and Accounts
3.1 Account creation
An account is required to use the Service. Access is granted via an administrator email address and a unique account key. You agree to provide truthful and up-to-date information.
3.2 Account security
You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials (email and account key) and for all activities carried out through your account. In the event of unauthorized access, you must immediately notify the Provider at info@livematchcam.it.
3.3 User management
The account administrator is responsible for managing users associated with their account and the related access permissions to streaming channels.
4. Terms of Use
4.1 Permitted use
The Service is intended exclusively for managing and broadcasting live sports events. You agree to:
- Use the Service in compliance with applicable laws and these Terms;
- Not broadcast illegal, defamatory, obscene content or content that infringes third-party rights;
- Not use the Service for purposes other than sports streaming without prior authorization;
- Comply with the terms of service of third-party platforms used for streaming (e.g., YouTube).
4.2 User content
You are solely responsible for all content broadcast through the Service, including video, logos, graphics, banners, and any other material. You warrant that you hold all necessary rights for the transmission of such content.
4.3 Prohibited use
The following is expressly prohibited:
- Attempting unauthorized access to the Service's systems;
- Using the Service to distribute malware or harmful content;
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the software;
- Reselling, sublicensing, or redistributing the Service or any part thereof without authorization;
- Intentionally overloading the Service's infrastructure;
- Broadcasting events for which you do not hold broadcasting rights.
5. Intellectual Property
The Service, including software, graphical interfaces, design, source code, and documentation, is the exclusive property of the Provider and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. All rights reserved.
You retain ownership of the content you upload and broadcast through the Service. By uploading content, you grant the Provider a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
6. Third-Party Platforms and Services
The Service integrates with third-party platforms, including:
- YouTube / Google: for RTMP streaming;
- Firebase (Google): for data storage, authentication, and hosting.
Use of such services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. The Provider is not responsible for any disruptions, changes, or interruptions to third-party services.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
The Provider does not guarantee:
- Continuous or uninterrupted availability of the Service;
- The absence of errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities;
- Streaming quality, which depends on external factors (internet connection, device, destination platform);
- Compatibility with all devices.
In no event shall the Provider be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service, including loss of data or revenue.
8. Privacy and Data Protection
The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. The Provider processes data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
Data collected includes: email address, account information, streaming configurations, match and team data. Data is stored on Firebase (Google) infrastructure with servers located in the European Union.
9. Suspension and Termination
The Provider reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service, in whole or in part, if the user:
- Violates these Terms;
- Uses the Service in a fraudulent or abusive manner;
- Broadcasts unlawful or unauthorized content;
- Fails to meet payment obligations, where applicable.
You may cease using the Service at any time by contacting the Provider to request account deletion.
10. Changes to the Terms
The Provider reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated through publication on the Platform and/or notification via email. Continued use of the Service after the publication of changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lecco, unless otherwise provided by mandatory law.
